Durée du marché :
The contract is concluded for 12 months from its notification of allocation to the contractor.
It may be tacitly renewed for the same period three (3) times maximum.
Notwithstanding CCAG PI, if the Contracting Authority decides to not renew the contract, the contractor will be informed in writing.
Nombre et consistance des lots : This contract is the object of an adapted procedure.

Modalités d'attribution : Prices of the present contract are unitary pursuant to the Unitary Price List.

Undertakings (corporations or individually owned business) can apply alone or in joint or united consortium. In this latter case, the lead undertaking will act as legal representative towards the Contracting Authority based on the joint and several liability principle with the other members of the consortium.
Tenderers are bound by their tenders for a period of 180 days following the tenders submission deadline
Critères de sélection : The most economically advantageous tender is assessed on the basis of the weighted criteria listed below.
Technical and methodological value of the offer (70%)
- Profile of the proposed experts and their relevance to deliver the contracted tasks (employees of the company or freelance experts involved in the consortium). The assessment will be based on examples of the previous related work and proof of expertise and will consider coordination capacities and project management guarantees. (20%.)
- Proposal for the methodological approach of the capitalisation activity. The assessment will be based on the initial ideas of the research questions structuring the collection and analysis of the good practices, first ideas for collection of information from projects as well as on initial proposals for the structure of the final reports and potential dissemination channels. The assessment will also consider the proposed approach and guarantees to manage the contract efficiently and autonomously. (50%)
Price (30%)
Each price of the Unitary Price List shall be filled in:
- Total number of days
- Number of days per task
- Additional day(s) for any additional tasks.
However, the financial analysis of the bids will only take into account the prices indicated in the Price List for the firm phase.

Renseignements divers : All information requests must be sent no later than 3 days before the deadline for submitting tenders via the dematerialization platform.
No later than 2 days before the deadline for submitting bids, a written answer will be provided to all candidates duly registered on the same platform
