Objet du marché : The aim of this tender is to procure the necessary services to support four secretariats to produce maps in order to showcase the impact of the different programmes and the initiative. Services to be provided might include:
- Creation of new maps from data that will be provided by the secretariat concerned.
- Updates of the maps created during the contracting period
- Advice and consultancy regarding maps production
Durée du marché : The contract is concluded for 12 months from its notification to the contractor.
It may be tacitly renewed for the same period 3 time maximum.
If the Contracting Authority decides to not renew the contract, the contractor will be informed in writing before the anniversary date of the contract.
Nombre et consistance des lots : This tender does not include lots.
Procédure de passation : Adapted Procedure ( under 40.000 EUR)
Modalités d'attribution : Single contract with purchase orders
Critères de sélection :
1. Experience and/or technical capacity in producing maps (40%)
2. Previous similar works (20%)
3. Tools and processes used (10%)
4. Price (hourly rate of the price list applied to the practical case) (30 %)
