The applicant must be able to provide the entire service for the duration of the service and justify its expenses/budget (with timesheets for example). The budget proposal is a selection criteria (20%), Digital Africa will be authorized to negotiate and challenge it. (Digital Africa will be able to negotiate the price indicated by the candidate in its proposal.) -

We will be attentive to the technical capabilities related to :
1)Overall quality and relevance of the proposal - 20%
2) Experience with data related to the agri-tech sector is a plus (satellite imagery, drones, sensors, etc.) - 20%
3) Mastery of data formats and requirements for AI model hackathon-style competitions - 10%
4) Flexibility and capacity to work on-demand - 20%
5) References and demonstrated experience in data labeling for AI/ML purposes. 10%
6) Budget proposal (Digital Africa will be able to negotiate the price indicated by the candidate in its proposal.) - 20%

Description succincte du marché : The objective is to provide high-quality, accurate, and consistent data labeling services to prepare datasets for use during our hackathons to produce AI models. The labeled data will be used to train and score models submitted by participants during the competition.
The data labeling aims to:
- Improve the datasets provided by the startup

- Assure the quality and representativity of the data before the competition.
