Virtual and in-person simultaneous and consecutive interprétation and
translation services
CALL FOR TENDERS 3588.
SUMMARY:
The Organisation for Economie Co-operation and Development (OECD) is launching this Call for Tenders to select one or more suppliers for the provision of simultaneous and consecutive interpretation and translation services, in relation to the Centre for Tax Policy (CTP) Taxation programme, for both in-person and virtual meetings.
This call for tenders is divided into four lots:
- Lot 1 - English - French Interpretation services
- Lot 2 - English - Spanish Interpretation services
- Lot 3 - English - Arabic Interpretation services
- Lot 4 - English - Arabic Translation services
The deadline for submission of offers is Friday, October 23 rd , 2026, 18:00 (Paris time).
The OECD will use the procurement platform "Prospeum" ( https://dashboard.prospeum.com/#/login/onboarding/oecd ) to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested candidates should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

APPEL D'OFFRES 3588.
RESUME :
L'Organisation de Coopération et de Développement Économiques (OCDE) lance cet appel d'offres afin de sélectionner un ou plusieurs prestataires pour la fourniture de services d'interprétation simultanée et consécutive ainsi que de traduction, dans le cadre du programme de fiscalité du Centre de politique et d'administration fiscales (CTP), pour des réunions en présentiel et à distance.
Le présent appel d'offres est divisé en quatre lots :
- Lot 1 - Services d'interprétation anglais -francais
- Lot 2 - Services d'interprétation anglais -espagnol
- Lot 3 - Services d'interprétation anglais -arabe
- Lot 4 - Services de traduction anglais -arabe
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au Vendredi 23 Octobre 2026 à 18h00 (heure de Paris).
L'Organisation utilisera la plateforme achat électronique ' Prospeum ', ( https://dashboard.prospeum.com/#/login/onboarding/oecd ) afin de conduire cet appel d'offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés devront s'inscrire sur le portail en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents de consultation et aux informations complémentaires.
