Description
The Council of Europe wishes to establish a framework contract for the maintenance composed of two separate lots for the premises of the Register of Damage for Ukraine (RD4U) in The Hague, Netherlands :
Lot 1 Security Equipment
Lot 2 General Building Maintenance
The candidates may apply for one or both lots.
This procedure concerns :

Registration for the mandatory visit must be done via private message on the platform; candidates must provide their first and last names, email addresses and the signed non-disclosure agreement. A form of identification (ID card) will be required on the day of the visit as well as the non-disclosure agreement signed. The deadline for the mandatory visit is fixed on the 2 October 2026 at the latest.
Candidates are encouraged to express their interest in the procedure on the website in order to receive all notifications related to the market.

De Raad van Europa wenst een raamovereenkomst voor onderhoud te sluiten, bestaande uit twee afzonderlijke percelen, voor de gebouwen van het Register van Schade voor Oekraïne (RD4U) in Den Haag, Nederland:
Perceel 1: Beveiligingsapparatuur
Perceel 2: Algemeen gebouwonderhoud
Kandidaten kunnen zich voor één of beide percelen aanmelden.
Deze procedure betreft:
DGS-26-3550 Raamovereenkomst voor onderhoud - Perceel 1 Beveiligingsapparatuur - RD4U Den Haag
Aanmelding voor het verplichte bezoek moet plaatsvinden via een privébericht op het platform; gegadigden moeten hun voor- en achternaam, e-mailadres en de ondertekende geheimhoudingsovereenkomst verstrekken. Op de dag van het bezoek is een identiteitsbewijs (identiteitskaart) vereist, evenals de ondertekende geheimhoudingsovereenkomst. De uiterste datum voor het verplichte bezoek is vastgesteld op uiterlijk 2 october 2026.
Kandidaten worden aangemoedigd om hun interesse in de procedure op de website kenbaar te maken, zodat zij alle mededelingen met betrekking tot de aanbesteding ontvangen.
