Objet du marché : The project "Support search and rescue operations at sea in Tunisia" reinforces the operational means of the Tunisian government's actions at sea, and more specifically its Search and Rescue operations in Tunisian maritime areas in the Mediterranean Sea.
CIVIPOL's acquisition strategy is to contract with a shipyard (builder or supplier) able to build and deliver SAR vessels capable of sailing and operating in 'all weather' mode.

Critères de sélection : Eligibility criteria
Participation in the contract is open to legal entities (participating either individually or in a consortium of tenderers):
1)Participation in tenders is open to any legal entity from an eligible State in accordance with the financial instrument used: NDICI.
2)Participation in calls for tender is open to international organisations (by their very nature, regardless of where they are based). International organisations have no nationality. They are entities formed by at least two States and recognised as such by a third State. Their founding instrument defines them as not subject to the national laws of the country in which they have their headquarters;
Situations of exclusion
Tenderers must provide a signed declaration, included in the tender form for a supply contract, that they are not in any of the situations listed in point 2.2.2 of the Guide to Procurement Procedures and Contract Award Rules of CIVIPOL.
